How has it been an entire week since V6? A night full of laughter, tears, endless talent and masala fries. We couldn’t of been luckier. How did we get it so good?

After 13 months away we thought you deserved the hottest lineup of 2023! but that’s not all that’s changed .. we also have a BRAND NEW venue + food menu!!!!

HI 👀 co-founders (hayley + sam) here!

We wanted to let you know that tonight at 6pm we’re launching V6 TICKETS ah. We’re baffled we’ve been away for over a year but honey we are back + we have so much stuff planned for you!!!!

We don’t talk much on here regarding anything personal so we wanted to take a hot minute to let you know a little bit about us since we became a government approved company in 2020.

So, we decided to be non-profit as this was all about a creative outlet for us and to be able to create a space for artists of all experiences within music + spoken word. Whatever income we make via ticket sales, we pump straight back in to the next event, after paying all our artists, venues, photographers + musicians. We couldn’t be prouder of how well known House of Rhymes is becoming & to be able to hold this space, not just for performers but for audience members who have changed their view on poetry and spoken word for the better (and less cringe).

We’re forever grateful + looking forward to seeing you tonight at 6.

Just under two n a half years, we’ve put on 5 irl events and every single time we’ve manage to sell out and if that doesn’t scream “we have the most supportive audiences and performers quite literally EVER” then we’re not sure what does.

You continue to keep House of Rhymes aLIVE and we say it a lot because we bloody mean it but we are so thankful to you all! the performers, audience, contributors, artists, photographer, Alice! singers… every single one of you make such a huge impact to our little independent business.

HOW THE BLOODY HELL DO WE KEEP SELLING OUT!
