KINGS 🤴CATERING QUEENS 👸 IN CASTLES 🏰

Rude Food was invited to take over the vineyard @ Terra ion for a celebration like no other - an intimate gathering of 23 incredible souls, deep in the hills of Mallorca, to honour the one and only . This place was Pure magic.

Ancient bricks humming with old wisdom. Stone walls whispering stories in silence. The whole space held a Vibe - grounded, timeless, untouchable.

It was a night of golden hour bites, shared plates with soul, and absolutely no kitchen rules. Just fire, finesse, flavour and full freedom. As the sun dipped low over the vines I plated every dish like it was my only currency. No fluff. No ego.
Just real food, good people, and top-shelf energy, all served with style, swagger, and sound.

Chefing isn't just about knives,timing and ingrediants— it's about presence. It's about feeling the room, reading the moment, and knowing when to turn the heat up or let things simmer.

To me, life is a mirror image of food - season it to perfection, and you shall relish in its bounty. It's not just what's on the plate.

It's the intention behind it. It's the flavour of the moment. And when it all comes together — that's when it becomes unforgettable.

Unicorn Moves 🦄

Sometimes you have to pause and take in what you have already built. For me Rude Food started as a spark ⚡️ and somehow, it's grown into something real, something that feeds people in more ways than one.

This journey has taken me places — literally and spiritually. Around the globe & across borders, into wild kitchens, private mega homes, and at tables shared with people in locations I never imagined I'd cook for. Clients turned collaborators. Meals turned memories. This post is my marker. A timestamp. Something to circle ⭕️ back round to over these coming years. A promise & conversation to my future self that the next five years will be bold, personal, and full of Unicorn moves - the kind you can't plan for, only believe in. It's about putting myself, voice, and vision to the test and letting both success and potential failure be equally welcome. They both teach. They both count.

So this is me — throwing dreams out into the ethos and seeing if she can here me knocking .....

Classic few weeks …. 🌈

Massive love to — an incredible facilitator, space holder, yoga teacher, and all-round radiant human. She draws in the most amazing crew, and it’s always so epic to be part of it.

Catering this retreat is a true highlight of the year for me. There’s just something magical flowing through the air about this time of year in Ibiza and @ that villa with Chrissie 😮‍💨

Grateful for the inspiring conversations, the clarity, and the sense of humerous direction this space has given me.

Big things are coming for Rude Food 🌿 I have to pinch myself from time to time ……

Feeling lucky, feeling full 💫 Living my best life.
