A Royal Palace Wedding 💎

Held within the splendour of Banqueting House, Jai & Milan's unforgettable day was pure magic to be a part of!

The chosen theme, 'regal with pops of color,' was flawlessly brought to life throughout the venue, with each design detail paying tribute to the couple's Indian heritage.

Greeted on arrival by Royal Footmen, guests were transported to the luxurious palaces of Rajasthan, evoked through details of gold, vibrant, and jewel tones, before dining beneath the iconic Rubens' ceiling. Our favourite feature were the gold mirrored tabletops, which added a touch of opulence to the evening and reflected Rubens' decorated canvases above.

Wise announced winners of the EO Transition of the Year Award at the UK Employee Ownership Awards!

Held at the EOA Conference Awards Dinner in Liverpool, the evening celebrates those who have contributed to strengthening EO in their businesses and shines a light on best practice examples within the EO community.

We are honoured to have triumphed in the ‘Employee-Ownership Transition of the Year’ category, with judges congratulating Wise for offering a "textbook example of how to engage during a transition, that the EOA would encourage others to follow!"

For us, our journey of transition has been truly transformative, and the positive feedback we have received internally and externally fuels our passion to drive further people powered growth and success. As we are about to enter our second year of EO, we are driven by our commitment to excellence and excited to continue making a meaningful impact in the industry (and beyond!) as a group of friends and Co-Owners, who all have a direct influence on the future success of Wise.

A colour palette of gold, dusty pink and deep sage transformed this historic venue into a summer wonderland for their special day! A blend of wildflowers, oversized paper flowers, metallic finishes, bespoke LED touches and sumptuous seating areas were all beautiful details curated by Sarah Haywood and her extraordinary team.

The Old Royal Naval College is London’s ultimate riverside wedding venue, and last week saw its transformation into a utopian wonderland inspired by ‘Chromatica’: “A fictional land where kindness rules all and everyone is equal, where love is the law, and where people of all races and colours are accepted.”

Combining contemporary chic with historic grandeur, our ‘Feast of Chromatica’ redefined banquets as we know them. Guests indulged in a captivating journey through bold design installations, culinary artistry, and a post-dinner after party that transcended time and artistic boundaries.

The Painted Hall stands as a testament to centuries of artistry and grandeur, and it has been a pleasure to showcase our own creative artistry within its walls. Juxtaposing the contemporary and the classical, the vibrant present against the backdrop of stories past, we loved leaving our own mark on the legacy of this remarkable venue.
