I’ve been immersing myself in all different worlds of music lately. Reminding myself that it all serves a different purpose and taps in to a different aspect of self. The underground: where you go within, the music acts as a guide, providing the hypnotic, rhythmic beat to disappear in to yourself. The mainstream: Connection, outward facing, playful, sing a long and togetherness.
Each style facilitating a different need.
How wonderful is music and the impact not only on the human body but the human soul.

1) went to Houghton Festival
2) New track came out on Friday with 🆈🆄🅻🅸🅰 🅽🅸🅺🅾 & Cameron Jack
3) Realised I can do a headstand better on rum and coke than when I’m sober.
4) Houghton is only for the brave 🥵 👵🏻
5) loved this dude playing vinyl in the Big steps tent.
6) Popped in to King Charles’ gaf at Sandringham.
7) discovered my new favourite place to p*e is amongst the ferns! 🌳

Did you know the highest frequency is not love but AUTHENTICITY.
There is nothing more powerful than being 100% you. It’s not easy, we sometimes feel we have to conform, people please, or shrink. But this will weaken your magnetism and dim your light.

The longer I travel this road called life I am learning to listen to myself more and more, because your gut is always right. You just need to trust yourself. Because if you can’t trust yourself how can you trust another?!

Be you… even the ugly parts, because we are all flawed, but that’s what makes us human!
I am so ok if you don’t like me in my truth, but I am not ok when I don’t like myself by being dishonest.
