The Mango Chilli Margarita
Honestly, unreal.

Spicy but pricey at £14 a pop 👀

Then came the food… 🤤
Heritage tomatoes & ricotta + Chicken Schnitty
And we were off to a VERY good start

The lamb though… 🤤
Perfectly pink & seriously good

Obviously we needed sides… 😂
Chicken salt chips + greens for balance

Plot twist… it’s not an egg 👀🍳
Mango mousse + coconut sauce 🥭🥥

THE VERDICT ❤️
Gorgeous hidden setting, seriously good food & an unreal Mango Chilli Marg 🌶️🥭🍸

Not a cheap date… but one we’d definitely do again.

A bucket-list lunch that was 100% worth the wait ✨🌿

Gorgeous views, beautiful food and the dreamiest setting. 🤍
I’ve wanted to visit Le Talbooth for the longest time and it absolutely did not disappoint. Set right on the River Stour in Dedham, it honestly feels like you’ve escaped to the countryside for the day 🌳

And the best bit? It’s just over an hour from London, so it’s perfect for a special date day without needing a whole weekend away.

Definitely one for the summer bucket list. 🥂✨

We escaped to Aqua Sana Spa at Centre Parcs Elveden Forest, and honestly… we left feeling like completely different people.

From outdoor hot tubs surrounded by trees to calming steam rooms, saunas and peaceful relaxation spaces, it was exactly the reset we didn’t know we needed.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to book a spa day, this is it.

Save this for when life feels a little too busy. 🤍

I cried when I left Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve 🦏🦒🐒🦍

I never thought I’d say this about a weekend in the UK, but Port Lympne was a real bucket list moment. A real safari adventure in the uk.

We stayed at Hog Deer Creek, opposite a watering hole for animals and could have watched them hours. When you stay here you get a gold buggy includded and it was so amazing driving around after the park had closed. It felt peaceful, magical and like being in another country.

We also stopped by Howletts Wild Animal Park, which is half an hour away to see the elephants 🐘

I came home with 842 photos, countless memories, and yes… I genuinely cried when it was time to leave.

If you’re looking for a date weekend that’s unforgettable, stop scrolling. Book Port Lympne.

I’ll say it… lunch is better than dinner. 🍷🇮🇹🍝

We celebrated my birthday early with the regional tasting menu at Theo Randall, and it was exactly how a long lunch should be.

Incredible Italian food, Prosecco on arrival, beautifully matched wines with the first three courses and a couple of hours with nowhere else to be.

For £85, we thought it made a brilliant special occasion treat.

Me: A table full of seafood tapas at Billy Hundreds. 🦐☀️🌊

Every summer, I have to make at least one trip here. Fresh seafood, sea air, and a sangria overlooking the water… it just feels like summer personified!

Tucked away in a beautiful historic building on Brentwood High Street, this little slice of Spain delivered exactly what date night should be – relaxed vibes, great service and incredible food.

Yummy tapas, sangria and a chicken & chorizo paella that might just be the tastiest in Essex. 😋

Can’t wait to go back!
