He’s been having a test run in the wonderful whisky bar they have tonight, boasting a list of over 400 different whiskies!! Our Founder was busy last week visiting a number of distilleries we’ll be adding to our distillery tour itinerary. is the only distillery that still does every part of the production process on site. From malting and then drying the barley in the kiln, to bottling the end product. Everything is manual with not a digital screen or computer in sight, a superb operation with an exceptional end product.
