How do we theme our parties?

🎊We always introduce ourselves as the princess, fairy, superhero or whichever character we are that day, to all the kids, and ask them if they’re ready to embark on a journey with us!
🎊We tell the kids we’re looking for a crew, and we ask who’s brave, strong and clever enough to join! If it’s a princess party, we need to see who’s going to pass their princess training! Same goes for a dinosaur theme, or fairy theme or any theme really!
🎊By the end of the party, we tell the kids they’ve all passed their training and can officially join the crew! This is a great way to personalise the party depending on the theme, while keeping it high-energy and fun with all of our parachute, hula hoop, scarves and bubble games!

How many games do we normally prepare for our parties?

🥇For a one hour party, we usually have 6 games that each last 10 minutes! However, we always have 6+ games prepared, as all parties are different, and some kids may enjoy certain games over others!
🥇We always stay ready to play more games, giving us way more flexibility for when we meet the kids and see how they react to certain games!
🥇Some groups of kids may love dancing games while others prefer more competitive games! Hence why we at Zazu, always come prepared for everyone to have fun.

“We had our twin daughters’ 6th birthday party with Christina, and she was absolutely amazing.

There were around 30 children at the party, and she handled them all incredibly skillfully, keeping their attention and energy levels high through 1.5hrs with a lots of fun and engaging games.

She came exceptionally well prepared. Her costume was fantastic, and the props, music, and activities she brought were all chosen very well and perfectly suited to the children. Her communication before the party was also excellent, making the whole experience smooth.

I genuinely can’t recommend Christina highly enough. She made the day truly special, and the children had an unforgettable time.

Our top tips for parents who have booked a child’s entertainer for their party!

💫 Trust the entertainer! You’ve checked their website, reviews and photos, you've done the research, now sit back and trust them to do their job for you!

💫 Before the party, let them know your requests and what you need, and once the party starts you can relax and let the entertainer create all the fun and magic for the kids!

💫 If you feel like the birthday child isn’t keen on joining, don’t worry too much, this is normal! They may need a break, or maybe they don’t feel like joining just yet. Entertainers know this and will always encourage and let the birthday child know they can join when they feel like it!

Trust the entertainer, they know what they are doing and they know how to keep the games interesting for the kids to join in!
