Well, 11 years after the job i thought i would post this, as i never got round to doing it at the time. I am listed simply as 'Sound' which is typical of small production companies. The reality was i did everything sound related from equipment supply to recording, mixing and mastering of the final product.

It was a fun job and they were great guys to work with.

I am currently working as Technical Director for the Cohan Collective research project being held at Middlesex University.

An experimental dance event which brings composers and choreographers together and explores the collaborative process, pushing the boundaries of both disciplines.

It is incredibly interesting and exciting to be involved in this.

KANYE WEST @ SHOWstudio

SHOWstudio's Lou Stoppard interviews Kanye West. We were asked to supervise the sound on this as they decided to depart from the usual lapel mics used in the panel discussions. We decided to rig 2 MKH70s from booms above the contributors so as to allow total freedom for the contributor and interviewee, while still providing an intimate sound appropriate for the setting.

On Saturday we worked on a wonderful performance of KnowingUnknowing. This was a performance for film and audio. We will be working on the post production next week with a view to Ben and Helen releasing a short film.

This is the latest panel discussion recorded at Gazelli Art House. Gazelli are now on Vimeo so our customers can see what we can do in '1080p for web'.
