Misha has always been a very important part of Far&High.
Besides our long friendship, I immensely respect him as a sound producer. The way Far&High ultimately sounded was always a symbiosis that worked out incredibly well for us - you know this yourselves.
I can say without modesty that we significantly influenced the sound of the Indie Dance scene; in many ways, we were innovators, and everything would have been different if we hadn’t worked together.
But after emigration, our tastes began to diverge heavily, as did our views on participating in the project, our goals, and our contributions to the future of Far&High.
Ultimately, this led to our decision to go our separate ways. We did this peacefully and with respect for each other’s contribution to what you know as Far&High - now, I think, the title of the CODA EP makes more sense.
I sincerely wish Misha success in his new project, while I will continue to search and try to create something new within Far&High, my new label, and those ideas that we couldn’t realize as partners.
Over the past year, we have been smoothly moving toward this point, and now its public part has arrived.
