✨ Navigating Q***RMAS ✨

THIS GUIDE IS DOWNLOADABLE FROM OUR LINK IN BIO.

This way you can have the map on your phone and be your own navigator for the Q***rmas adventure 🗺️

Here’s your step-by-step guide.

1️⃣ Arrival
Enter at 1. Entrance → head straight to 2. Welcome Table.
This is your hub for:
• access support
• directions
• quietest times
• large-print info
• volunteers who can help you get around

2️⃣ Step-Free Access
The lift is right by the entrance. It connects the lower level (red) and upper level (green/yellow). Ask staff, volunteers or the LQM team (wearing high vis harnesses) if you need guidance or support navigating between floors.

3️⃣ Toilets
Toilets on both levels.
If you need accessible facilities, ask the Welcome Table to point you to the nearest accessible loo.

4️⃣ Quiet Room (8)
Need a break? Head to the Quiet Room on the upper level.
A low-sensory, calm space for anyone who needs it.
Note: workshops run here at 1–3pm & 4–6pm.

5️⃣ Stalls & Spaces
Lower level: Café (3), Service Stalls (4), Art Stalls (5).
Upper level: More art stalls (6 & 7) + Outdoor Seating — great for quieter browsing or taking a moment.

6️⃣ Performances
If loud sound is tricky, avoid performance spots at:
• P1 – 12pm
• P2 – 3pm
Bring ear protection if that’s helpful for you.

7️⃣ Need help anytime?
Return to the Welcome Table (2) — they’re there for directions, accessibility questions, mobility support, breaks, or anything you need to enjoy the day fully.

Because finding your way to us, shouldn’t feel like a side quest.

Location:
Deptford Lounge, SE8

By Overground:
Deptford is the closest stop.
Turn left out of the station, cross the road, and the Lounge is right ahead.

By DLR:
Cutty Sark or Deptford Bridge are the nearest options.

Buses:
185, 199, 47 and 188 all stop nearby.
Hop off around Deptford High Street / Giffin Street/ wavelengths and you’re basically there.

Cycling:
There are bike racks directly outside the venue.
The area is well-lit and busy throughout the day.

Driving:
There is parking on the street next to the lounge. Frankham street. Free on Sundays A

The terrace is a perfect place to step out side and get some fresh air and a moment to yourself.

✨ Day 2 of Q***rmas: Planning Your Festive Fit ✨

Today we’re talking outfits. But not the kind that require suffering for fashion, freezing for aesthetics, or pretending you’re not overstimulated under 400 fairy lights.

Because we want you to remember that your comfort is the only fashion statement that actually matters.

Whether you’re rocking sequins, sweats, velvet, mesh, chains, harness or heels. If you feel good, confident and comfortable, that’s all matters.

Access needs are accessories too!!

Pack your earplugs, noise-cancelling headphones, tinted glasses, mobility aids, stim toys, or anything else that helps you feel grounded and present.

-Layer up if you get overwhelmed by heat or cold. Layers can be taken off and on easily. Always bring a jumper
-Bring a bag big enough for your aids, snacks, or sensory breaks

-Plan for comfort breaks, quiet corners, and pause moments (we have a quiet room!)

Aaaaand most importantly.
Your Q***rmas outfit does not have to impress anyone but you.
Comfort is q***r. Access is stylish. Feeling safe and regulated is the look.
