Jade Nutton is a hairdresser from Leeds, working at her big sister's salon Renaissance. Her sister is her biggest inspiration - and the TLC crew, she says, have been part of her life since the very beginning.

She came to this trip through her partner's connection to The Live Crew. But her reasons for going are entirely her own. With a half marathon already behind her, training for Nepal is well underway.

"As a girl who has been supported and inspired by amazing women her whole life, it means a lot to be doing it for the girls."

Victoria Smith spent her career in visual fashion management - then at 40, decided to go back to university and completely change direction. She retrained as a nurse, now specialising in lung cancer, and hasn't looked back once.

Nepal has always been on her list. Hiking is already part of her life. And this November, she's trekking to Tilicho Lake at 4,920m as part of A Sonic Adventure in Nepal - with her son George alongside her.

"Women supporting women is always something I'm happy to get behind - and if taking on a challenge like this helps create opportunities for women in Nepal, that feels like a pretty good reason to do it."

2026 marks 3 years at the Silverstone BGP! And this was our biggest yet. 564,000 fans through the gates over the weekend, the highest attendance ever recorded at an F1 event.

With a 45-person-strong crew, we supported , and .studio to bring their visions to life. Over the last 3 years, we've grown from a handful of site crew to now supplying various site managers and site office staff, carpenters, site crew and more.

New for 2026, we ventured outside the gates by supplying park & ride site managers to oversee the 5 offsite locations, as well as a separate campsite crew to support Silverstone's growing camping offering. We also laid over 5000m2 of AstroTurf for the F1 Fanzone.

During the race weekend, we supported Silverstone's special operations and crowd management team with various public pit walk and track access operations to ensure they were delivered both safely and on schedule.

A huge thanks to the Silverstone Circuits, Pop Up Hotel and Bazaar Studio teams for trusting us year after year.

Flo Lewis has spent four years working alongside the TLC crew - and somewhere along the way, colleagues became some of her closest friends. This November, she's heading to the Himalayas with them.

She'll be the first to admit training hasn't exactly started in earnest. She's also genuinely concerned about remembering to pack. But when it comes to why she's going - that part she's crystal clear on.

"Growing up, my mum always encouraged and enabled me to be the best version of myself and to seize every opportunity. The opportunity to fundraise for a charity that seeks to give uninhibited access to things so often taken for granted in the UK is a real honour."

Joe Daniels completed his first festival season at 16. He's been working alongside Ross ever since - fifteen years of festivals, friendships, and finding his way back to where his passion truly lies.

At TLC, Joe keeps the crew together. He brings in new people, puts everyone in the right roles, and makes sure morale never dips. This November, he's taking all of that up a mountain - alongside his mum, the Polar Explorer Ann Daniels.

"I grew up as the only boy to triplet sisters - and then, luckily, was blessed with another nine years later. It took me a while to realise, but they're what makes the world go round. I feel fortunate that I can give to others what all the amazing ladies in my life have given to me."

Abigail Matthews is a Structural Engineer, Director of Momentum, and a female business owner who has spent her career building things in a male-dominated industry. She knows better than most why the Girls' Empowerment Programme matters.

She's also been to Nepal before - 30 years ago - and has never forgotten it. This November, she's going back. Higher than she's ever climbed, and with more at stake than ever.

"As a female business owner in a predominantly male industry - and as the mother of two daughters - it is clear that we are far from achieving gender equality even in the UK. The Girls' Empowerment Programme is doing an incredible job of supporting young women and changing attitudes."

Jaz House has 15 years in the festival industry, a previous attempt on Everest Base Camp, and a deep love for Nepal that was forged in the most challenging conditions imaginable.

When severe weather cut the Everest trip short in 2024, Jaz saw more of the country - its trails, its tea houses, its rural communities - than most tourists ever do. It changed everything.

"I saw some of the barriers rural communities face - especially women and children - which is why fundraising for this struck such a chord with me."
