Assalāmu ‘alaikum wa rahmatullāh,
Too often we focus on finding “the perfect person” instead
of striving to be the right person. Marriage becomes a checklist rather than an act of ‘ibādah.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“The best of you are those who are best to their wives, and
I am the best of you to my wives.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhī)
💡 Pro Tip: Cultivate good character before and after nikāh. Patience, gentleness, and sincere du‘ā builds a home far stronger than material things.
