🌙 NEW GHOST HUNT ANNOUNCEMENT 🌙

On Friday 21st August, join us after dark for a ghost hunt within the grounds of St Mary’s Cemetery, Llanrwst.

Built during the early Victorian era on land donated by Lord Willoughby de Eresby, St Mary’s was created to ease overcrowding at the nearby parish church of St Grwst’s. For generations, the cemetery became the final resting place of Llanrwst residents, their stories now long forgotten beneath the old stones and winding pathways.

The church itself eventually fell into ruin and, after being declared unsafe, was demolished in 1984. Today, only the cemetery remains.

As darkness settles over the grounds, the atmosphere of St Mary’s changes completely. Among the weathered graves and silent pathways, many believe the cemetery still holds echoes of its past.

Join us for an evening of history, investigation, and the unexplained as we explore one of Llanrwst’s most haunting locations after nightfall…

Please bring your own chair and torch.

Free light refreshments will be available during the evening.

A portion of the ticket proceeds will be donated to the church and towards the upkeep of the cemetery.

🌙 NEW GHOST HUNT ANNOUNCEMENT 🌙

On Saturday 3rd October 2026, join us after dark for a ghost hunt inside the historic Penrhyn Old Hall, Llandudno.

Dating back to the 14th century, Penrhyn Old Hall is one of the oldest surviving manor houses in North Wales. Hidden behind its ancient stone walls lies a dark history of religious persecution, secret priest holes, and centuries of reported paranormal activity.

Over the years, visitors and staff alike have reported strange encounters throughout the building. A monk is said to walk the room above the Baronial Hall before disappearing along the passageway. On the staircase, the spirit of a young girl is believed to linger — a descendant of the Pugh family, murdered by her sisters to prevent her marrying outside of the Catholic faith.

In the far corner of the Function Room, many speak of a bad-tempered young man who dislikes being disturbed, while on the old dance floor, the figure of a frustrated soldier is said to remain, unable to leave for the war he never fought in.

As darkness falls, the atmosphere inside Penrhyn Old Hall becomes something entirely different…

What an evening investigating Llanrwst guide hall,all our guests joined in with everything,cat ball getting set off the beginning of night as we heard a couple of knocks when asked, The estes method had amazing results when one our guests family member came through and the dead bell kept going off when they laughed, at the end of the night we did a séance with two of our guests feeling a cold breeze
over the hands which made there hair on the hands stand up on end, thank you all so much for coming until next time WHEN THE LIGHTS GO OUT👀👻

With our ghost hunt at Llanrwst Guide Hall taking place next week, we went back at night to capture a few new photos of the building — and it’s safe to say the atmosphere speaks for itself.

Built in 1805 and standing over sealed graves, the hall has a long history at the heart of Llanrwst.
