Big thanks to UK Wedding Planner | Holly Rose for these lovely words! 🤍

One of the best things about the wedding industry is working together with, and getting to know, the wonderful people who make up our community of wedding suppliers, and it was our absolute pleasure to work with Holly Rose recently at Alex and Jack’s wedding in beautiful Borth y Gest near Porthmadog. 🤍

Last night’s annual Ty Gobaith Gala Ball was held in the glorious surroundings of St Asaph Cathedral. A special place of worship by day, the Cathedral was transformed into this fabulous decorated event space for the evening!🤍

It was a real honour to once again be a part of this fantastic event in aid of Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith and to work in collaboration with our friends at Edwards Of Conwy | Butchers & Deli and Harlech Foodservice who supplied the ingredients for us to create and serve our dishes to the guests. 🤍

If you’re not familiar with the vital work of this wonderful charity, hop over to their page Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith

Delivery day, yay! 🤍

We make everything from scratch here at Outside HQ. Our brilliant chefs write the menus and create the dishes, but we couldn’t do it without our local suppliers, including the wonderful Tatws Trading Greengrocers Mermaid Seafoods and Poyntons Butchers - who are all within a 3 minute walk of our kitchens.

The best thing about sourcing our ingredients locally? Getting to know the people behind the businesses and having a natter. Here’s to buying local 🤍
