Stage 3 - Wild Horse Brewing Co. Llandudno Sprint Triathlon -28th June
Stage 6 (finale) - Triathlon y Bala Standard -6th September

Every week, 175 families in Wales lose a loved one to Cancer.

Participating in the Black Diamond Yr Wyddfa| Snowdon 24 event this July? You can support Cancer Research Wales through your race, to help bring better treatment to patients across Wales.

A number of FREE spaces are also available for this event, subject to a minimum fundraising amount of £500.

This morning we had a visit from some of the guys at Grwp Llandrillo Menai ahead of their fantastic fundraising challenge for

In a few weeks, their staff members will start with a 4x4x48 running challenge; running 4 miles every 4 hours, for 48hrs.

For the second part of their challenge, they will be running a relay from Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor, North Wales, to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool. A total of 82 miles!

All money raised will be split between the Children’s ward in Ysbyty Gwynedd and Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
