Some deliveries mean just that little bit more 🧡🧡

Yesterday we had the privilege of delivering flowers on behalf of .gift to wish two very special teachers, Mrs Davies and Mrs Joubert, a long, happy and healthy retirement

As they begin this new chapter, Jaxon's Gift wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for everything they have done and to wish them every happiness for the future.

The warm weather is lovely... but your flowers might disagree! A few simple steps can help them stay beautiful for much longer.

💧 Top up the vase with fresh, cool water every day. ✂️ Re-cut the stems by 1–2cm every couple of days using a sharp knife or secateurs (blunt scissors can crush the stems and stop them drinking).
🌿 Remove any leaves sitting below the waterline to prevent bacteria.
❄️ Keep flowers away from direct sunshine, TVs and bowls of fruit (fruit gives off ethylene gas which speeds up ageing!).
If your home is particularly warm, move your bouquet to the coolest room overnight, and don't leave flowers in your window
🌹 Roses looking a little droopy? Cut the stems and stand them in boiling water for around 60 seconds before returning them to fresh water. This often removes the airlock and brings them back to life.

Megan's brief: big, wild, untamed and sunflowers, and we were excited 🌻

Inspired by their love of the outdoors, we created a natural, relaxed bouquet packed with texture, flowing greenery and beautiful sunflowers, roses and a nod to Scottish meadows. Buttonholes don't need to be boring either, we used gun cartridge cases, thistles and feathers, they looked incredible

A perfect fit for a couple who feel most at home outside.

Well... this wasn't on my bingo card for 2026 👀

I am absolutely delighted to share that Coco Blooms has been nominated for Retail Florist of the Year, by the no less..I know, I know (knuckle biting screaming happening) 😊

To be recognised alongside just 25 florists across the UK is a massive honour. The talent, creativity and skill within our industry is incredible, so to be mentioned in the same breath as some of these florists is genuinely really humbling - and very, very special ❤
