❗️🌞 CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT 🌞❗️
Hey guys as most of you will be aware we have had a heat warning for the next few days so it is going to be hot hot hot 🌞🌞
Due to this we have a duty of care to our staff team and to your children and families to keep them safe in these high temperatures we have forecast 🌞🌞
During your parties, our mascots are usually there for the whole time with just a short break in the middle but as the temperature rises we will need to give them more breaks so they don’t overheat and stay hydrated so things may run a little differently over the next few days.
Obviously we will still run the same parties and still be as out there as we normally would but please be mindful that we may need to give our mascots more breaks than usual.
This will also be the case if we feel the children are looking overheated, we will ask them to take a minute to get a drink etc.
I hope you all understand why we are having to do this and we are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
