I want you ther, to have the chance to get into a room and let me bring out their creative flair. You all have it. But are you using it?

I’m starting my workshops with a centrepiece that any ability can create with confidence. But that can be altered for each event if you need it to, switch it to any colour, use a patterned middle section, right down to a child’s theme in a kids theme if needed…. What ever takes your fancy.

Impress rooms was launched from centrepieces. Do you remember the umbrellas? They took us from nothing to fully booked within 12months, those simple centrepieces led to full room dressing. Why? Because they were new an exciting to the scene. Let’s get exciting again.

I can’t say it enough how important a good quality, unique centrepiece is to your business.

It helps you Earn more. Be known for more than just balloons. Be noticed by more potential clients. And most importantly give you something to get excited about. If you build it they will come.

💷we all know what I mean. You sit there and press send with the price. And close your eyes because you think it sounds too much.

💷 and trust me I’ve been there in the past and even right now sometimes I sit in terror and wonder if my own pricing is justified.

💷Then I have to realise yes it is. I’m offering a service that money can’t actually buy. Experience. Advice. Business techniques. Something people may not know already, but will utilize in their own business an see the benefits.

💷You are offering a service that bring memories, beauty & something money can’t buy. Happiness at the photographs of all their loved ones infront of walls you have built. You are offering your creativity, technique & vision plus supplying stock that isn’t cheap.

💷people will pay for something fabulous. Always have an always will.
If we only have money to shop at the Aldi, at Christmas we do still find the money to pop to marksies don’t we.
Same with your clients & their special occasions. People pay for something special. So be the Marks & Spencer’s in a world of aldi’s.

💷BTW I love the Aldi.

💷please don’t down play our own role in this business. You are needed. Your prices are fine even if you think it sounds too much. I will probable think you should charge more.

💷 in the same breath your prices should reflect your work. Your standards. If you don’t know what your standards are, come to me and we can go over where your pricing points should be. & if your standards match your competition.

💷If you so judge it for yourself then don’t sell yourself short. Charge accordingly. Let’s set the bar higher for price points.

💷As a collective you should all be confident pushing out prices that are sustainable for u, enabling you all to run your business an still cover your bills. And maybe a light left for a trip to M&S Food

🌾🍁🍂 BEEN TO MGC TODAY 🌾🍁🍂

I’ve been to see my gorgeous Jo at today.

🍂The first day of autumn has me in the feels standing infront of her autumn florals.

🍁Popped in to go over some things for our workshops coming, check the space upstairs that we are using & to source the florals we can use from her stock.
🌾But more importantly just to see the place again. It’s been a while since I rocked down those isles looking for balloons.

🍄‍🟫But I must confess it got me thinking about how this is something brand new for me too. I’m learning about teaching. Your learning too.

🍂Teaching. It’s all very circle of life to me.
I’m not an expertise in teaching but i know what needs to be taught. And I’m an expertise at talking 😘🤣

🍂I know something for sure, the best gift you can give yourself is experience & knowledge. I know I bang on about it but knowledge is power & if you sprinkle your magic into that knowledge…..well you have yourself a whole lot of creative magic.

🍂🍁Can’t wait to get going. Can’t wait to see you all on 13th Oct.🍁🍂
