⭐️There is so much more to building a clientele than just being great at balloons.
The whole interaction HAS to be a seamless 5 star experience
⭐️They can’t know your stress. They have to feel safe. And trust you will deliver.
⭐️They MUST feel like the whole experience with you was easy, quick and executed perfect and met all their expectations, better still exceeded them.
⭐️ they’re paying for something & they want to remember it always, make sure they do.
⭐️your set up is the main feature but the client is the star of the show
⭐️ a satisfied customer will recommend you far & wide & that’s how you become trusted ⭐️

Props like these will set your company apart from others.
If you take your business seriously and want to get continuous bookings and more importantly gain loyal customers who will stay with you forever, you must invest in props that set you apart. I can’t really stress this more than I do.

Your hand crafted stock is paramount, generic stock is fine but they don’t hold clientele. All your little quirks and extras do. Anyone can buy a big wall or paint a large plain prop. Even a client can themselves. But not everyone can offer the details, the one off items, the talking point props.

Take advantage of me an all my experience and let’s add to your stock. Only you will have it.
