About The Mouse

The Mouse at Brimstage is an independently owned family run traditional British restaurant. We serve homemade food, use local products, support local suppliers and have a great selection of wine, gin and local ales.

The Mouse is situated in a Grade-2 barn with an exquisite conservatory leading onto a large one-acre garden; with space available for a Marquee for Weddings.

The Mouse offers a true country experience set within expansive farmland of The Leverhulme Estate.
