⚠️ Update Announcement!! ⚠️

RE-OPENING DECEMBER !!!! 🔥

As many of of our loyal customers know Artemis has faced its fair share of issues before and during Covid however we are glad to announce a new deal has been negotiated and reached for us to be able to re-open hopefully for the beginning of December with a date being posted soon.

What does this mean?

Well for starters we have used our time during our closure to improve and update as much as possible for our re-opening our battle arena is now being upgraded with more cover and more obstacles to manoeuvre around, we are now bringing in two new game hosts that will run various game modes throughout the session with safe zones and spawn points 🔥

Our armoury will be run the same with unlimited weapon changes during our Nerf Wars with a half time break to re-load and restock nerf darts or to grab a quick drink at our new and improved shop.

We’re also working on having a fully working kitchen in by Easter meaning HOT FOOD!!!. This means all our party packages will eventually all include food and desserts plus a wide range of milkshakes, cold and hot drinks, cakes and much more which will now be located over by our seating area. Until our kitchen is up and running we will be using dominos or giving you the option to self cater for private party’s during the run up to the launch of our kitchen.

During the pandemic we had major issues with Groupon and third party vouchers sites that continued to sell vouchers without our permission whilst closed, after informing them we had shut. This meant our inbox become overwhelmed to the point it was near impossible to get through every message or to find messages from our existing customers who had provisionally booked before covid. To the best of our knowledge every customer has been refunded from our bookings list however if we have missed you or not been able to reply feel free to message us so we can get it resolved as soon as possible or offer you the chance of a even bigger and better party than planned. Groupon vouchers or any third party vouchers should be refunded by getting in touch with Groupon or the site you booked with as we don’t receive any funds from voucher sites.

Our website will be getting launched in the coming weeks along with the opportunity for you all to see what we have planned. You can also book and sign an electronic waiver through our website to save time on arrival. With us upgrading our battle arena we have had to place a higher age limit of 8+ for our Nerf wars however 6 and 7 years olds may play as long as they have a playing adult per two under age children this is to help them follow game rules and not be hurt by running into any of the new obstacles.

Our Combat Archery sessions along with our open walk in sessions will also be on hold until further notice just so we can get up and on our feet once again. Artemis Airsoft will now be our next big activity planned so watch this space for updates and we look forward to seeing everyone again soon!!!! 😎 🔥

Covid update announcement!!

Opening date to be announced soon!!

We apologise for being quiet and not having much information to give during the lockdown period. We’ve struggled the last few months in ensuring we would to be able to re-open and operate safely.We felt like we couldn’t update our customers as we did not want to give false hope and promises on when we would of been able to re-open as our planned date was always pushed back or advised otherwise. We also wanted to make sure we had all the answers to yours questions and we can now confirm we will be re-opening shortly and we will be updating everyone in the next few days with our plans. We will also be adding a few upgrades to Artemis and changing the way we run things to suit the current circumstances.

Everyone who had a party booked with us, if you have not done so already we will be getting in touch over the next 2 weeks about your party and what options are available to you as everyone with a party booked will have first choice at a new date or store credit to be used on any of our other activities. Deposit refunds may be given dependent on circumstances and approval from management.

Open and walk in sessions will not be ran for a couple weeks as we want to keep to private party’s only for the time being to help prevent the spread of Covid. We will assess the situation as time goes on and slowly add open sessions and new activity’s to our time table.

Party’s will now only be 1 hour in the battle arena and 45 mins in the party room to help give us time to clean all our equipment between party’s and to open up more session spaces throughout the days so everyone has a chance of visiting us. We have decided to upgrade our party packages by bringing new extras and include more to make your day that bit extra special. Keep an eye out on our future posts to see what’s coming soon. Whilst we get ready to re-open all new bookings will be took over Facebook messenger until we are up and running with out new website, phone lines and booming system and again we apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused.

Happy Birthday to all the kids who’s birthday it was and originally booked in for this weekend. Artemis is sorry we couldn’t make your day extra special with some Nerfing but hope you had awesome Birthdays without us and hope to see you soon 🥳🔫

It was our first ever Saturday closed and hopefully won’t be many more. Was very strange having no one in to cheer our day up and we definitely missed all the happy battle faces, war cries and Nerf darts flying about. 🎯

*COVID CLOSURE*

Unfortunately the decision has been taken out of our hands and as you may know the government have made an official announcement for leisure centres to be closed going forward.

We are unsure how long for or when we will re-open and will be posting updates as soon as we know more however as of now we have to follow the advice in keeping everyone safe and preventing the spread.

Big thanks to all our loyal customers for supporting us through these tough times and to those who have voluntarily paid the remaining balance on sessions or parties knowing it may be a while before they can re-arrange. 😊

* We are still open as usually and will continue to run our sessions and parties booked following government guidelines on mass gatherings.

* We ask anyone who is showing signs or symptoms to consider our other customers and not to visit but instead give us a message to re-arrange your session. Anybody showing symptoms will be asked to leave.

* All of our equipment and venue is cleaned accordingly both at the start of the day and after each session.
