Tonight’s test kitchen dish — and this one is officially joining our Week 1 Chef-Prepped Meals. 💚

Rice noodles tossed in our tangy tamarind Pad Thai sauce with golden tofu, red pepper, carrot, beansprouts, mangetout, chilli and spring onion, finished with fresh herbs and lime.

Fresh, punchy, loaded with veg and absolutely packed with flavour. This is exactly what we want Veggie Republic meal prep to be — proper food, cooked by chefs, ready for your fridge.

Our Royal Indian Green Korma is officially joining the Week One Meal Prep Menu due to popular demand! 💚

This one has been a Veggie Republic favourite for years and is quite possibly our most requested curry at weddings — so it seemed only right that it made its way into our new meal-prep range.

🌿 Royal Indian Green Korma
Tender plant-based “chicken” cooked in our rich, creamy, aromatic green korma sauce, served with fragrant turmeric & garlic rice.

Pictured here with a simple homemade kachumba salad and fresh coriander as a serving suggestion — just add your own at home if you fancy it.

Everything you see here was cooked, plated and photographed by us in our kitchen. This is the real food. This is what we cook. And very soon, it could be sitting in your fridge. 💚🌱

THIS is what Veggie Republic is about. 💚🌱

Tonight’s test kitchen: Teriyaki Tofu — sticky glazed tofu with edamame & peas, sesame, spring onion and chilli, served with rice.

Cooked by us. Plated by us. Photographed in our kitchen. And most importantly, this is the food you’ll actually receive.

We’ve seen the comments about us using AI artwork to help launch our new home-delivery service. Point taken! 😂

We’re a small independent catering business, not a marketing agency, and sometimes we use the tools available to us to help create promotional material. But the recipes, the cooking, the ingredients and the food coming out of our kitchen are very, very real.

The last few weeks have also been incredibly difficult for our family. We stepped away from work and cancelled several events while we cared for and ultimately lost a much-loved member of our family.

We’re now trying to find our feet again, get back into the kitchen and launch something new for Veggie Republic. So seeing a piece of promotional artwork become the focus rather than the years of work behind our little independent business has been pretty disheartening.

But we’re not going to get into arguments about it. We’d much rather show you what we actually do.

And this is it. 👆

From Thursday 24th September, we’re launching our brand-new weekly vegan meal-prep delivery service — proper, chef-made food, cooked from scratch in our commercial kitchen and delivered straight to your door.

This isn’t boring “diet” meal prep. 😂 It’s proper Veggie Republic food — big flavours, fresh ingredients and dishes you’ll actually look forward to eating.

What an amazing weekend we had serving all the crew and Artists at Rebellion Punk Festival there’s a little bit of punk in all of us! Amazing vibes incredible crew who worked tirelessly to put on one incredible weekend and we were honoured to feed them a menu that gave them food they deserved to keep them nourished for the second year now at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool, it was incredible to see so many punks young and old come together to enjoy some incredible bands 💚 with the rebellion flag proudly flying on top of the Blackpool tower 🙏
