We have kids!

Not how we wanted to start the day but some things can be overwhelming. We have 2 young kids so that is why we work office hours. During these hours we order stock, reply to messages, manage social media, manage the website, build and print orders and have customers in the showroom for appointments.

Thankfully, we have more than one customer, meaning our attention to things has to be spread amongst many different things. So when people message us, rushing our replies, our expecting something outside of our work hours, it gets overwhelming. We have 2 kids who deserve our attention when we're away from work just like everyone else's kids do. If you message at 11pm and haven't received an answer by 9am the next morning, or you're await a receipt we told you will be sent over when we're next in the office and haven't received it by 8.17am, there is a reason; it's outside of our working hours. By all means if you haven't received them by 3pm, drop us a message just in case, but other than that all you're doing is moving your message to the bottom of the list as we work through the oldest message first.

We have had a couple of days off with the kids so today we have:
Prop deposit refunds to process
Receipts to send
Banners to design and print
Premium delivery at 1pm
Other balloon orders
Stock to order
Outstanding Balances for the weekend to chase
Emails to answer
Website maintenence to perform
Social Media posts to create
Social media messages to answer
General admin work
And to hydrate!

So please bare with us whilst we do all this with a whirlwind of a 3 year old in work with us.

As ever, thank you for your custom, it does mean the world to us.

We want our balloons to be fun and memorable for the right reasons!

You may be aware of the tragic death of an 8 year old who inhaled helium from a balloon. Please help us make sure no parent or family member goes through this again from something that is designed to be fun and make people happy.

Do not inhale helium, it can be lethal. In the event of an emergency ring 999 and perform CPR if the person loses conciousness.
