Life doesn’t slow down when you’re planning your wedding does it? You still need to do everything you normally do, like be the best Mum, be the best at your job, all whilst taking on a large wedding planning to do list. And it’s bloody stressful at times isn’t it?
That’s why we’ve put together a few helpful tips on keeping your mind, body and soul in a healthy place because when you’re feeling positive and healthy, your better able to deal with anything in life much more easily. Including wedding planning.
