Craving Not A Crush❤️‍🔥

Up next in the valentines range is my craving not a crush bouquet & this one is a lil darker & lil moodier & is perfect for those that don’t want all the pinks & feminity for love season💐

I say it every single year - flowers aren’t just for the femmes! So I wanted to design a bouquet that felt more suited to our butch & masc babes & this certainly doesn’t disappoint🥰

The best you can buy velvet red Naomi roses take centre stage with deep purple Lizzy, burgundy Snaps & deep blue Thistle - a nod to the winter season & most importantly a showcase of the beauty found in the darker colour palettes

It goes without saying feminity is a privilege in this world, it allows us to seek safety if needed but a lot of our community get up and out into the world every day without that. They defy what society tells us feminity is, they defy the construct of gender, they sit confidently in their masculine energy & they look f*cking unreal doing it - so celebrate your butch & masc babes authentically this year❤️‍🔥

Sapphics Love Valentines👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👩🏼

Of course the first bouquet I designed for valentines this year was this one🩷 Pink Pony Club very much like the name is all about pride, for who are, who you love & for me doing what I love💐

The colours come together in bold & bright hues of pinks & oranges to give a subtle (or not so subtle) nod to the le***an pride flag & of course it all feels very much like the icon that is 💘

I carry pride, visibility and authenticity through all aspects of my work so valentines was always going to be the same & I hope for once you see your yourself & your love reflected here.

It’s quite sad that so many people have already expressed that this is the first time they feel excited about buying flowers because it finally feels they’ve been made and marketed directly to them & although it shows how more inclusivity is needed im so happy I can bring you the thoughtful floral design you all deserve this year🙏🏻

BRB SOBBING😭

I’m starting the year rooted in gratitude & that looks like me with my morning brew scrolling my couples wedding album that they were kind enough to share with me🥹

It truly is such a privilege to be able to create a part of my couples days especially when I know they aren’t just booking me for my flower magic. There’s a real sense of celebration and safety in my approach to my work & it all centres around designing flowers that feel most authentic to YOU🩷

When else are you going to invest in having bespoke living art quite literally made for you? It’s imperative you feel your flowers capture your essence as a couple and as an individual because let’s face it that’s exactly what you’ve both fallen in love with, there are no rules here so my ethos is all about how I can make you feel the most you in a way that feels nothing but fun, creative & celebratory🙏🏻

My Kitchen aka My Floral Studio💐

UGH🤤 I can’t wait to fill my kitchen with florals again🥰 scenes like this honestly make me drool & can you blame me?!

How lucky am I to work with nature at its best?! My favourite thing in the entire world is designing and creating with florals in a way that changes how my clients and customers actually look at & view flowers themselves. I’ve been told SO many times that once they’ve had flowers from me in any capacity they suddenly look a lil closer at all the blooms they pass & all of a sudden those supermarket bunches don’t quite compare to those from a Florist🥰

I’ll take that as a win & just in case you wondered… yes im already planning Valentines😅

My Flowery 2024💘

Can’t let the new year in without doing a little yearly round up can I so heres some of my 2024 moments (Truth be told I don’t think I can listen to one more “and with that the 2024 season comes to an end😂)

This year was full of gorgeous weddings for me and I can’t wait to update my website and portfolio with all the beautiful pictures I’ve received from my couples🥰

There’s honestly nothing better than being able to design and create a part of such a special day & i stand by the fact I book the absolute best clients! I honestly have to pinch myself sometimes because I can’t believe I get to do what I love for work for such gorgeous people😭 so a big thank you to everyone that chose me to flower for their weddings this year it means the world & more🥰

This year also saw a busy Valentines & Mother’s Day and I’m already planning what I can bring you for 2025 & yes we’re aiming to go postal so watch this space!👀 it’s definitely time to branch out & after a successful lil Christmas shop the seasonal spirituality is also here to stay! So I have a feeling 2025 is going to be full of new & exciting things🙏🏻

Crawling to Christmas😅😂

Well before I pop my favourite Buck’s Fizz (Sainsbury’s I love you) I just wanted to wish you all a very happy Christmas from my household to yours!

It’s been a rocky end to the month but I couldn’t be more grateful for all my clients both OG & new for supporting my flower business this year - it makes the world of difference & I can’t wait to bring you all my new and exciting plans for next year🥰

As for right now we’re going to the spoil our rescue boys & eat s**t loads of cake because I’m fast approaching the last year of my 20’s on good old Boxing Day & I’m so ready to attempt to relax & enjoy a little bit of down time with my favourite people so sending lots of love & dog hugs & I’m sure I’ll be pop back on between now & new year especially over that time frame where you don’t even know what day it is anymore😂

No Words Just Wow💘

Well first of all the effect strikes again😭 my heart honestly bursts when I know Rebecca is the photographer because every single image is like art… I mean look😍

Secondly I’m still dreaming of this day because I had the best time working with Mallory & Laura so much so I found real friendship thankfully right here in Liverpool so I’m a lil less alone in the city🩷

There truly aren’t enough nice words to describe the creative process we had as we collectively designed this day, my absolute favourite colour scheme full of my favourite flowers for two gorgeous women who planned the most beautiful day & were beyond a joy to work with & even left me the most amazing review that I shall treasure forever🥰

A lil love for us wedding florists💘

As my wedding season has come to an end for this year it’s always nice to take some time to reflect on all the flower magic I created for my wonderful couples & this year it really got me thinking how much time we spend on making your weddings so magical and memorable

No matter the size or scale every single wedding is such a beautiful day to be a part of and I do my upmost to design and make flowers that are better than you ever could’ve imagined! There’s so many integral parts to a wedding day & it’s bought together by a team of people that are all working together to make the couple the happiest they can be but there’s truly so much work you don’t see (and that’s how it should be!)

By investing in a floral service you’re taking the stress and pressure off yourselves, you should be enjoying the build up not full of worry that you’ve got to keep flowers alive & spend hours handmaking every piece, there’s truly so much prep and planning that goes into wedding florals it’s far from simple but the difference in working with a Florist is invaluable

Celebrating inclusivity & accessibility - so if you follow my Instagram you probably know how I feel about making a change in the wedding industry to make it more inclusive & accessible so when Sophie asked me to supply wedding florals for her styled shoot created to nod at Purple Tuesday & to celebrate disability you best believe I said yes straight away! We worked away all day at Oh Me Oh My in the heart of Liverpool, it’s a dreamy venue completely accessible & our model Natalie was a superstar! She smashed being in front of the camera all day & even braved the cold to go up onto the rooftop for the final few shots! All suppliers & venue are tagged & mentioned in my Instagram caption!
