Today is world Mental Health Day.

It is scientifically proven that receiving flowers, having flowers indoors, creating with flowers, being in the garden and working with plants is beneficial to mental health.
I am so proud of how many ways our flowers and what we do with them can comfort, help and bring joy to so many people. From a small posy to a delivered bouquet, weddings, funerals and celebrations and the joy and emersive experience our workshops give.

Also flowers aside I love being part of the community and having a lovely team, we know that a smile and a few friendly words can go a long way 😊

Of course we want to sell big bouquets 💐 😊 but we also appreciate that sometimes a small gesture is much appreciated 😁

Our Autumn special Posies are so cute 😍, I don't think I would be able to choose between the Squirrel or the Toadstool!!

Colours of the season

Last year Sophia created this stunning tribute in shades of Autumn 🍂 🍁 This is an unusual colour choice for this design but the colours and textures work beautifully together and were a fitting tribute for this Mum ❤️🤎🧡💛
