✨ Inspiration Board ✨

I think we’re all daydreaming of holidays and laying on a beach at the moment, so I thought I’d create a ‘Travel Daydreams’ wedding Inspiration board ✈️🧳🏝

With a stylish colour palette of dusty blues, white and gold it has a bit of a beachy feel to it, but the focus is the small personal travel-inspired touches. This would be a perfect theme for the couple who are planning a multi-destination honeymoon or have done lots of travelling together!

✨ Wedding Top Tip ✨

As a wedding planner I’m always thinking ahead, so when I’m creating the schedule for your wedding day(s), the sunset time is one of the first things I look up and write down.

Why is sunset so important?! 🌅
There’s so many reasons, but here’s 3 for you to consider for your big day:

1. You’ll more than likely want your wedding photos taken in natural light. This perhaps isn’t such a big worry in the middle of summer but in autumn/winter it will make a huge difference 📷

2. Have you ever had fireworks or sparklers in daylight...they’re definitely not as fun 😅

3. Unless you want to sit in the dark, you’ll need to know when to put on/adjust your lighting 💡

✨ First Dance Song ✨

With so many different songs to choose from, it can be hard to find something that you both love for your first dance.

My advice is to pick a song that means something to you as a couple. It doesn’t even have to be about love! If you have a song that brings up a fond memory then that’s much better than dancing to a song that you chose simply because you felt you had to pick something ‘lovey dovey’.

Here’s a modern song suggestion for you. It’s kind of lovey (but not in a traditional way), a great song to dance to and just a bit sexy too! I’d love to see this as someone’s first dance song. “I love it when you call me Señorita...”💃🏻❤️
