✨ IMPORTANT NOTICE ✨

Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to all of our amazing customers for your continued support, recommendations and bookings. Your support means so much to us and we truly appreciate every single one of you. 🤍

I wanted to let everyone know that due to a life-changing opportunity that has arisen for our family, BounceAway Soft Play Hire will be temporarily closing from 10th August 2026 until 1st April 2027.

📅 We are still taking bookings as normal between now and 10th August 2026, so if you have an upcoming party or event, we’d love to help make it extra special before we take our break!

During our time away, I will still be available to answer messages and enquiries, and can also get you booked in for dates after our return. Please bear with me, as responses may be a little slower than usual.

🎉 As a thank you for all of your continued support, we will also be launching a special offer for new bookings very soon, so keep an eye on our page for details!

This decision hasn’t been made lightly, but we’re incredibly excited for this new chapter and are grateful for all of the understanding and support from our wonderful customers.

Thank you again for being part of our journey. We look forward to creating many more special memories with you before we leave, and again when we return in 2027. ✨🤍

Just a little reminder regarding bookings 💛

I’ve sent out quite a few hire agreements over the past few weeks, so I just wanted to make everyone aware that no booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Dates can be very popular, and if I receive another enquiry for the same date after 2 days of the hire agreement being sent, I may need to send the availability over to the next customer as well.

Unfortunately, if a deposit is then paid after the date has already been secured by someone else, the deposit will of course be refunded if I no longer have availability.

To avoid disappointment, please make sure your deposit is ready if you’d like to go ahead with your booking 💫
