A snippet of Andrea & Dave’s beautiful ceremony in the boat house … The light that floods into this little treasure is magic. Everything these two could have wished for and beyond.

For any couples getting married here soon, Andrea asked me to bring her dress down to the boat house that morning to photograph it where they would be exchanging vows. So her amazing bridesmaids and I carefully made this happen and it was so worth it. Also loving a little dress flat lay! Will be doing this more often!

First looks, especially for couples who are having a winter wedding are amazing for so many reasons but one of the big positives is getting a sweet little set of portraits before your ceremony when it’s still day light. And, you have more time to enjoy your drinks reception ‘the best part of the day. right?’ with your loved ones! Shauna & Shane had the most beautiful heart-felt first look by the open fire House. It was perfection.
Oh and while I’m here giving all the little tips, listen up Grooms. Shane was nervous about his speech, like pretty much every Groom I’ve ever met so guess what he did? He wrote Shauna a letter & read it to her In front of all their loved ones. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room. So beautiful and personal and it took away the anxiousness that comes with speaking to a room full of people. He simply read her a love letter and it was so sweet hearing about their life together 🤍

My last wedding for 2024 was yesterday for Sarah & Darren which was one big PARTY. was so christmassy, cosy & absolutely fabulous as always. With the drinks flowing, live music playing and a whole room of your favourite people laughing and dancing, it really was the perfect winter wedding. Xo
