Join us at Bring & Braai Catering! We’re looking for hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to help us continue creating memorable experiences at our exciting events, from private and corporate functions, weddings and film shoots, to sporting events, as well as within our popular food truck.

Positions available:

👨‍🍳 Commis Chef – Support our Head Chef and learn the unique skill of cooking over an open wood fire. Say goodbye to long hours in the same kitchen – this role offers variety, with every event being different. You’ll develop your culinary skills, grow into a Braai master, and eventually take charge of your own events. With flexible hours, early finishes, Sundays off, and good tips, this is the perfect opportunity to combine learning with a great work-life balance. Optional overtime is also available. Full training provided!

💁‍♀️ Casual Staff – Be part of the action, serving customers and preparing food at a variety of exciting events and in our popular food truck. You’ll enjoy flexible hours, good tips, and the option for overtime. Availability is needed for Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Experience not essential – just enthusiasm and a great work ethic!

The annual BIG BRAAI event held at Wimbledon Rugby Club was another great success. Everyone enjoyed a venue packed with Springboks, 2007🏆 World Cup-winning captain John Smith and double World Cup winners, 2019🏆 and 2023 🏆 Andre Esterhuizen, Pieter-Steph du Toit and Kwagga Smith. The weather was perfect, and the company even better. Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the event. Special thanks to our partner Brian for organising it. We look forward to seeing you at the next one! 🇿🇦🔥🥩
