Santa is packing his sleigh, Rudolph's nose is brighter than ever, and the Grinch...well...is grumbling Christmas wishes (we think that's what he is saying at least!).

TONIGHT'S CANCELLATION AT BEECRAIGS COUNTRY PARK

We wanted to remind all our visitors that tonight's experience at Beecraigs Country Park is unfortunately cancelled due to high winds and adverse weather warnings.

At this time, we are very much looking forward to welcoming you all back to our Starry Nights magical illuminated Christmas experience tomorrow night (Sunday, December 22nd) and on our final date on Monday, December 23.

Our dedicated team are constantly monitoring the weather and the on site conditions today, and they will continue monitoring for tomorrow.

EVENT CANCELLATION

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 21ST

Due to the current yellow weather warnings in place and high winds forecast, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Starry Nights at Beecraigs Country Park tomorrow, Saturday, December 21st.

All ticket holders affected by the cancellation will shortly receive an email with further information to support with moving your tickets to other available dates and timeslots or requesting a refund.

Please note that, where a refund is selected rather than a transfer, the face value of the tickets will be refunded. We are not able to refund the booking fee as this is the administrative cost incurred by a ticketing platform separate from the event.

We hope you choose to join us on our available dates, and we are really looking forward to welcoming you 🌟

TRAFFIC CONGESTION - STARRY NIGHTS AT BEECRAIGS COUNTRY PARK - SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14

Please accept our sincere apologies for the traffic congestion experienced by many on the way to join our Starry Nights experience at Beecraigs Country Park last night, Saturday, December 14.

We apologise for the delays that visitors experienced last night. We set capacities and sold tickets based on the trends and profiles of our previous similar events. Many groups arrived earlier than planned, which led to unexpected parking congestion issues.

We have taken on board the comments that we have received, and we are making changes to the event to ensure that these issues are resolved as a matter of urgency.

We hope those of you who joined us last night enjoyed the experience itself, and please, do not hesitate to email us directly at [email protected], where our dedicated team is at hand to support and advise.
