It is with a heavy heart that I have to inform you that Parsley and Thyme Catering operating as The Forth & Fore at The West Lothian Golf Club is going into Administration and is now closed.
The last couple of years have been very difficult with increases in minimum wage and employers NI contributions combined with increased prices from our suppliers. It is a very troubling time for the hospitality industry and like many others we are in an unfortunate position where our income is less than what it costs to run a hospitality business.
It’s a hard time for everyone with people staying in to save money due to increases in the cost of living.
I would like to thank everyone who has supported us over the years. I hope people have had many happy memories of events they have held with us and apologise to those who have lunch bookings with us over the next couple of weeks.
The Golf Club will be in contact with those who have party events booked in January.
