👢 👢 Researchers have found that dance can help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
It can boost self-esteem, improve body image, and make you feel better overall.

Please let us know your intention to join us via message or call 07771882822 just so we can keep a track on numbers.

Yes we are offering this for FREE however a contribution to overheads of £5 pp, will go a long way to making this activity sustainable.

Licensed bar and hot drink refreshments also available, at a small charge.

All funds received will go back into supporting mental health & wellbeing activities.
