Another memorable event at Lincoln Cathedral. 🏛️✨

Peachy Events recently supported a global corporate dinner for Siemens, bringing together colleagues from across the globe, in one of Lincoln’s most iconic venues.

Alongside providing sound, lighting, video, cameras and technical support, we also installed wired infrastructure needed to connect systems throughout the venue, ensuring everything operated seamlessly while respecting the historic surroundings.

Working in a heritage venue like this rightly takes extra care. We've spent years working in and alongside the Cathedral and their team, so we know how to plan and install equipment discreetly to respect the building, while still delivering a high-end experience.

Barry’s Best Bits! 🎩🚛🧱

After 17 years with Team Peachy, we couldn’t let Barry leave without looking back at some of the moments, memories and hats along the way. Enjoy!

From early morning get-ins and long festival builds, to fixing ridiculous problems that often arise in this industry, Barry has been part of thousands of events and projects over the years.

He’s seen Peachy grow from a small setup in a shed to the busy warehouse and the brilliant ever-expanding team we have today. We’ve all appreciated his friendly, steady, down-to-earth attitude (and hugs!) and I’m sure many of you have too.

If you’ve worked an event with Barry, chances are you’ll remember the hats, conversations about cars, the latest Lego set build, or hearing “it’ll be fine”, moments before a complicated setup eventually worked perfectly.

A huge part of the Peachy story as we continue to grow, and someone we’ll all miss massively 👏

Thank you Barry! 👏

This week we say goodbye to Barry, who has been part of Peachy since 2008 and helped the business grow from its early days into the company it is today.

From the days of working out of a shed, to a lock-up, and eventually into a warehouse, Barry has been there through every stage of the journey. Over 17 years, he helped build our sound department, supported events across the country, and became a familiar face to so many clients, crew and freelancers along the way.

Whether it was a long install day, problem-solving on site, talking cars, or turning up in another one of his hats, Barry always brought a calm, practical and (very!) down-to-earth approach!

Peachy Events continues to develop and expand, but we can honestly say you have made it memorable, Barry!

Thanks for everything and best of luck for the future, from all of us at Peachy!

An incredible weekend supporting the official opening celebrations of On Freedom’s Wings for the Bomber County Gateway Trust; a landmark sculpture honouring the aviation heritage of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. ✈️

Across the weekend, the site hosted a full programme of events including a ball, afternoon tea and family BBQ, bringing together veterans, families, supporters and the wider community to celebrate the project and the history behind it.

We delivered audio, lighting and technical support across the event, supporting live swing band performances, orchestra and DJ sets. With multiple marquees and changing layouts, the setup required a flexible multi-zone audio system and adaptable infrastructure throughout. We provided temporary internet and WiFi infrastructure to support guests, vendors and event operations across the site. We also used some wireless technology, so systems could quickly move between indoor and outdoor depending on weather conditions (all powered from generators in the middle of an open field!).

A busy weekend, but a hugely rewarding event to be part of, supporting a brilliant project!

A brilliant turnout and a great moment for the city 🎉

We provided battery-powered portable audio systems for the two open-top buses, helping keep the atmosphere going throughout the city celebrations.🎵

Delivered in partnership with Lincoln City FC and City of Lincoln Council👏

A busy double-header earlier this week in Grimsby, supporting two back-to-back events in the same space.

First, “A Brighter Future for Grimsby GY28” bringing together local services, youth organisations and community groups to share ideas and opportunities shaping the town’s future.

Into the evening, “The Business of Culture: Under the Sun” with Future Humber — a collaboration between business and culture leaders, focused on culture-led growth and the bid for Town of Culture 2028.

All set beneath Helios, the large-scale installation by Luke Jerram, the scale and setting made it a unique environment to work in 🌞

We delivered audio and video across both events, adapting the setup as the day moved from one to the other.

Great to be back on site at at the Lincolnshire Showground 🚜🌾

We supported the event across multiple areas, providing equipment and technical support for the Countryside Ring, Equine Ring, Lincolnshire Kitchen, the NAFAS Flower show and Tractor Trailer ride, along with an automated announcement system feeding audio across key points on site.

The Countryside Ring hosted a full programme of activity, from Shire Horses and falconry displays to BMX and live performances. All requiring clear, reliable audio and coordination across a busy schedule.

A great event with plenty going on, and good to support another varied, multi-zone setup.

Big congratulations to Close Orbit on their award for Best Activation at a Music Event👏with Salomon and size? at Lost Village!

We’ve really enjoyed working with them across this and other immersive projects, supporting with automation, audio and lighting to help deliver some strong creative ideas.

They're a great team to collaborate with: open, ambitious and focused on getting the details right. It makes a real difference when everyone is aligned on how a project should come together.

Today, our team and some of our freelancers took part in a 1-day EFAAW (Emergency First Aid at Work) course. In our industry, with events ranging from intimate to large-scale, work can involve everything from large stages and high-power equipment to heavy lifting, pyrotechnics, and specialist machinery — it’s vital everyone knows how to respond if something goes wrong. We want to make sure we’re ready for anything and keep audiences, performers, and crew safe 👏💪

Here’s a first look at the official line-up for Rand Festival 2026. 👀

We’re excited to be part of this again, having supported the festival from day one and seeing it grow year on year into what it is now. 🎪

Team Peachy will be delivering full production - staging, lighting, sound and production management and supporting everything behind-the-scenes to get the event show-ready! From stage build, system design and on-site coordination, it’s a full team effort across the site. 🎤

Looking forward to getting on site and bringing it all together this year! 🤘
