I’ve always believed that you reap what you sow. For me, running a business isn’t just about serving great food—it’s about building genuine relationships with the people around you.

I’m incredibly grateful for my regular pitches, and Newark Motor Auction is one of those places that has always made us feel welcome. So when the outside team were looking a little peckish at the end of the day, and we had a few 6oz premium steak cheeseburgers left, it only felt right to send six of them their way.

Kindness doesn’t always have to be a grand gesture. Sometimes it’s as simple as sharing what you have, saying thank you, or making someone’s day a little bit better.

This isn’t a “look how generous I am” post. It’s simply a little reminder that the relationships you build matter. Support the people who support you, be kind where you can, and pay it forward whenever the opportunity comes along. Those little moments have a funny way of coming back around. ❤️

We’ve been serving this beauty on our evening menu… and it’s sold out every single time. 👏🏼

After our recent trip to the Amalfi Coast, we couldn’t stop thinking about those fresh, simple flavours. So, we brought a little bit of Italy home and created our own take.

Creamy mascarpone, fresh lemon, authentic Italian limoncello and Parmesan come together to create a beautifully light, fresh and zesty sauce, stirred through elbow macaroni, then topped with a grilled chicken breast, a generous snowfall of Parmesan, and fresh rocket.

It’s bright, refreshing and full of sunshine—everything you want from a summer evening pasta dish. ☀️🍝🍋
