At the heart of my mobile pasta trailer is a simple yet powerful mission: to bring healthier, home-style comfort food to the street food scene—while inspiring other women to follow their own path in business.

What began as a dream of freedom and self-sufficiency has grown into a vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired food venture. From rich, wholesome mac n cheese with a sun-drenched twist, to fresh, flavour-packed pasta dishes made with care, every plate I serve tells the story of passion, resilience, and creativity.

As a female entrepreneur, I’ve built this business not only to support my own independence, but to show others—especially women—that it’s possible to carve your own way in the world. I want to be living proof that you don’t have to wait for permission to chase your dream. You can make it happen, one meal, one smile, one challenge at a time.

Sustainability also plays a central role in my journey. Each year, I commit to making conscious changes—whether it’s through eco-friendly packaging, reducing food waste, or sourcing locally—to contribute to a more responsible and sustainable future.

This is more than just a pasta trailer. It’s a celebration of food, freedom, and the fearless pursuit of doing what you love.

✨ Hello! I thought it was time to properly introduce myself…

I’m Emily and I’ve been a food lover for as long as I can remember, and Pasta & Beyond was born from a simple idea: bringing something a little fresher and healthier to the street food scene, while keeping it full of flavour and joy. I work with local suppliers wherever possible, because I believe good food starts with good ingredients. 🍝🌿

Outside of the trailer, I’m happiest in the fresh air, surrounded by flowers, with a glass of wine in hand and a dog by my side. 🐾🌸🍷 Independence has always been part of who I am, and business has been my passion — I find huge inspiration in chatting with other business owners and sharing the journey together.

This year I was honoured to be named a finalist in the UK SBA Small Business Awards for Female Entrepreneur of the Year and Best Mobile Business. 💫

At the heart of it all, I simply love working hard to build a life that I’m proud of — one filled with delicious food, great people, and beautiful moments.
