🤌🏼 IT’S BACK… BY POPULAR DEMAND 🤌🏼

A few of you have been asking when the tiramisu was making a comeback…

Well, here it is. 😏

Layers of espresso-soaked sponge, creamy mascarpone, a generous dusting of cocoa, and (probably more than) a splash of Kahlúa coffee liqueur for good measure. ☕🍫

Made completely from scratch with mascarpone, espresso, Kahlúa, and a whole lot of excitement, from me of course

Available for selected evening trading only, so once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Wow, what a day! We’re still buzzing from the atmosphere and already counting down to the next one in 2027.

From serving great food to chatting with so many passionate owners and enthusiasts, it was an absolute pleasure to be part of such an amazing event. You can bet I spent every spare moment asking people about their supercars! 🚗🔥

A fantastic day filled with amazing cars, great people, and all in support of such an important cause. Thank you to everyone involved for making it so special — we can’t wait to do it all again.

Did you know we serve breakfast at events right through until mid-morning? 🍳🥓

At Pasta & Beyond, we believe a proper breakfast sets the tone for the whole day — especially at busy events and early starts. That’s why we use the finest locally sourced sausage and bacon from our trusted local butcher, who even makes our sausage patties specially for us.

Why patties?
Because they cook evenly, stay juicy, and let’s be honest… not everyone loves sausage casings, but everyone loves good sausage meat. 🔥

We’re passionate about serving food that’s produced locally, cooked fresh, and served with care. Supporting local suppliers means better quality on your plate, and breakfast that actually tastes like breakfast should.

Nothing beats the smell of sizzling bacon and sausage on the grill to start the morning right.

🌲✨ There’s nothing quite like serving great food surrounded by the fresh air and beautiful woods of Sherwood Forest.

You’ll find us tucked behind the Visitors Centre all weekend long, serving from our beautiful Airstream trailer alongside our amazing neighbours — Urban Flame, Paddington Waffle Station & The Sweet Shop 🍔🧇🍬

We’re serving breakfast until 11am every morning, so come and grab your morning coffee, breakfast bap or pasta fix before exploring the forest 🌿☕

As the temperatures rise this weekend, please spare a little patience and kindness for everyone working in food trucks, trailers and outdoor kitchens ❤️
Behind the scenes there are hot griddles, steaming hobs, long queues and lots of pressure to keep orders correct and moving as quickly as possible. We promise we’re doing our absolute best for every single customer.

While some burgers out here are disappearing into their buns… we’re still serving the same THICCCCC, juicy 6oz steak burger we’ve always done 🤝🔥

Griddled halloumi glazed in fiery hot honey, tossed through a rich, tangy tomato pasta with just the right kick of chilli. Finished with parmesan and fresh garnish. Sweet, spicy, salty perfection.

Dirrrty Red Leicester Mac 🧀🔥

Our unapologetically indulgent take on mac ‘n’ cheese — loaded with bold Red Leicester, smoky BBQ pulled pork, and a subtle garlic-mustard punch. Comfort food turned all the way up.

Beyond Pesto 🌿🍅

Fresh Genovese basil pesto coating perfectly cooked pasta, paired with cherry tomatoes and crispy smoky pancetta. Finished with parmesan and garnish for that proper Italian street-food feel.
