ANNOUNCEMENT TIME!!!!

Today marks the end of an era for Flowers by Suzanne, as after more than 40 YEARS 😱 we say goodbye to being Interflora florists.

Over the decades, we have proudly been members of Interflora through so many changes in the industry, and we are incredibly grateful for all the support and connections it has brought us over the years. But now, it’s time for a new chapter.

From tomorrow, Flowers by Suzanne will be fully independent, and we would truly appreciate your continued support as a small local business! 🩷 Keep an eye on our page this week for some great offers for Small Business Week 🫶🏻

And while we’re making announcements… we are also delighted to officially welcome Alison and Holly as the new directors of Flowers by Suzanne. Many of you will already recognise them, as they have worked side by side at Flowers by Suzanne for nearly 7 years.

Although there are some big changes happening, our products, love, and ethos will remain exactly the same - with the addition of some fresh new ideas and excitement for the future! We fully intend to carry on Suzanne's passion for floristry, and are inspired and motivated to continue to prove how incredible women in business can be 💪🏻 Thank You from the bottom of our hearts to Suzanne & Mark for trusting us to continue your legacy 🥹🙏🏻

🐝🌼 Happy World Bee Day! 🌼🐝

Today we’re celebrating the tiny pollinators that make so much of what we love possible 🫶🏻 including many of the beautiful blooms in our shop. Bees play a huge role in keeping gardens flourishing and flowers thriving. 💛

Here are a few simple ways we can all help protect them:

🌿 Plant bee-friendly flowers
Lavender, foxgloves, cosmos, alyssum and wildflowers are all brilliant for attracting bees and giving them a natural food source.

🏡 Create a bug barn or insect hotel
A small sheltered space in your garden can provide a safe home for bees and other helpful pollinators.

💧 Leave out fresh water
A shallow dish with pebbles gives bees a safe place to stop for a drink during warmer days.

🚫 Avoid harsh pesticides
Choosing natural alternatives helps keep pollinators safe while your garden grows.

🌸 Let parts of your garden grow wild
Even a small patch of wildflowers or longer grass can make a huge difference.

Flowers by Suzanne Christmas work do! ❤️✨

It’s become a bit of a tradition for us to have our Christmas do after the florist “Three Peaks” (Christmas, Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day!) 🌸💐🌷 After the mega busy periods, it’s finally time for everyone to let their hair down and celebrate together.

A massive thank you to our amazing team! You keep everything running so smoothly, and your hard work, not just during the busy seasons but all year round, is appreciated more than you know. We’re so lucky to have such a fantastic bunch! ❤️

Thank you to for a brilliant night! The food and drinks were all amazing - we loved our teapot cocktails!! 🥂
