Back from a brilliant planning meeting with J&L at the 🥰 Married in J's home country of Jamaica but choosing to celebrate with family and friends back in the UK ❤️ One of the favourite parts of my job is getting to hear my gorgeous couples stories and this one is wonderful 🇯🇲🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿❤️🥰

It’s been a bit quiet on here with school holidays, family life, and a lot of behind‑the‑scenes ceremony work going on.

I've been busy taking a flurry of 2027 bookings, writing scripts, and making memories with my children 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. A beautiful day The Granary Courtyard today. Such a gorgeous venue with multiple ceremony options, a gorgeous celebration marquee and stunning accommodation. Thank you Jo and Russ for having me and showing me round. I can see why some of my couples have chosen here for their upcoming celebrations! Looking forward to conducting lots of weddings and vow renewal ceremonies here in the future 🥰

👨‍👩‍👧Parents👨‍👩‍👧

They’re often the quiet heartbeat of a wedding day❤️

I love meeting them and seeing the pride in their eyes, the nerves, the joy, the “we can’t believe this day is here” smiles. It’s one of my favourite parts of being a celebrant.

And in a celebrant‑led ceremony, we get to acknowledge them properly. Their love, their support, their role in shaping the couple standing in front of us. Sometimes it’s a moment of thanks, sometimes a story, sometimes a simple nod that means everything. It’s always an honour to hold space for them 🥰
