This is how I want you to feel during your ceremony☝️ Not waiting for the “boring formal bit” to end, not standing stiffly wondering what comes next, but right here, fully in the moment, laughing with the person you love and the people who adore you.

Your ceremony is the start of your day.
Start it happy, relaxed and with the kind of laughter that leaves you thinking "Yes, this is us!"

When I write your ceremony, I learn all the funny stories. The ones involving you, your guests, your families, the moments that make everyone smile before the words even begin. Those stories become the heartbeat of your ceremony, the reason you feel comfortable, not nervous, and can be completely yourselves ❤️🫶

There’s something so special about walking into a ceremony room before anyone arrives.

The calm. The anticipation. The feeling that this space is about to hold a moment you’ll remember forever ❤️

This is where you’ll find me 1- 1.5 hours before your ceremony, checking every detail, laying out your certificate, making sure everything feels just right… and yes, probably sneaking in one last practice of your script 📖

It’s my favourite kind of quiet 🥰

Booked your venue and they immediately told you to book your Registrar? STOP ✋️ You have options....

If you want a ceremony that is personal to you and actually talks about you both as a couple, how you met, what the proposal was like and why you have chosen each other....then a Registrar is not in your best interest.

You can book a Statutory Ceremony instead to sort the legal paperwork in advance and your actual wedding day can then be delivered by your Celebrant in the way you want. By the day of your wedding you will know your Celebrant so well because you will have had multiple planning meetings and discussions - not some stranger who turns up 30 minutes before and has no idea who you are!

Just search "Statutory Ceremony" or "Statutory Registration of Marriage" for details or contact me if you need any help.

KNOW YOUR OPTIONS ❤️🥰

And Venues - please let your couples know this too. It's important they know what's available to them so they can have the day they want.
