I feel so so lucky 🎄✨🎄✨ Remember to water your wreaths, change the water in your flowers and enjoy every tiny bit of Christmas ✨✨✨✨ thank you, thank you and thank you again from this small business. Finally there is a wreath on our door and my baby and my mum have decorated the Christmas cake. That’s the magic 🪄 ✨🎄

🍂 It’s that time again… join me tomorrow morning for an extended yoga and relaxation practice, 9:30am at Elford Village Hall.

We’ll be moving slowly, flowing with the breath and snuggling up for a beautiful deep relaxation 🍂
