Join us for another unforgettable Halloween Spooktacular event taking place on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October at the RAFA Club in Leyland! 🎃🦸🏼‍♀️🦸🏻🕷️🌾🕸️👻🧟‍♀️☠️👹💀🧙🏼‍♀️

🎃🦸🏼‍♀️🦸🏻Halloween Heroes🦸🏻🦸🏼‍♀️🎃

This year's theme is based on the brand new story 'The Halloween Heroes & The Magical Pumpkin Flowers' that tells the tale of how ordinary people have been magically transformed over the years into "Halloween Heroes" with the help of some very special flowers growing in their garden. Flowers that look like pumpkins! For many years, these Halloween Heroes have been in charge of maintaining order at Halloween to keep the spooks, ghouls and creatures of Halloween under control, making sure Halloween remains spooky, but not scary.

Over time though, the spirits have been getting braver and giddier and so the Halloween Heroes need help! We must train to become Halloween Heroes through a variety of challenges and activities (including gathering some power from the magical Pumpkin Flowers) and then confront these naughty ghouls who are trying to terrify everyone with their wicked tricks. We must challenge them and get them to behave so we can save Halloween and keep it fun for everyone! Our motto - SPOOKY NOT SCARY!

We’ll be doing three sessions a day at 9.30, 12 and 2.30. As usual, our 9.30 sessions will be guided at toddlers, preschool and shy/gentle older ones and the afternoon sessions are guided at all primary school aged children and any rough and tumble littler ones! Tickets are just £13 per child for the 90 minute session. Grownups and non participating siblings 2 and under are welcome to join us and enjoy the atmosphere for free!

🎉 Fantastic GCSE results for Emily! 🎉

We are incredibly proud of Emily, who achieved an outstanding set of results: 1 x Grade 9, 2 x Grade 8 and 6 x Grade 7! 🌟👏

Emily will now be heading to Cardinal Newman College , where she plans to study Chemistry, Psychology and Medical Science — an exciting next step towards her future ambitions. 🧪🧠🔬

Emily would like to say a huge thank you to all the teachers at St Mary’s for their encouragement, guidance and support throughout her time at the school.
