Just received some truly wonderful thank you notes for recent funeral services at Maple Park
It means a great deal to know that I have been able to deliver a funeral service that has brought comfort

Summer fundraiser for Yorkshire Air Ambulance Team North at Catton Kitchen, Thirsk.

Time : 7:00pm for 7:30pm!

Burgers, hot dogs, home made fries, salad, sauces and pickles. Followed by Yorkshire ice cream

A great BBQ. Top quality and cooked to perfection by Chef Lloyd

Pay bar on the evening with choice of beers, wines and soft drinks

£25 per person and all proceeds go to Yorkshire Air Ambulance - let's keep this essential service flying!

Beautiful rainbow. Made me think of one of my favourite poems that reminds us how those we love and who love us are always nearby.

As we come to Christmas I think of all of the wonderful families I have met as a funeral celebrant. It is always a true privilege to deliver a funeral service celebrating the life of a loved one. You are all in my thoughts and in my heart at this especially poignant time of year.
This candle lights up the life of each and every person who we miss and continue to cherish 🎄

Christmas Day 2024 🙌❤

Yes - I know we are only just in October, however I wanted to share some important information with you all...

Maple Park Cafe, which shares the car park and grounds of Hambleton Crematorium and memory gardens, would like to invite anyone who may be on their own this Christmas Day, to come and enjoy a wonderful Christmas dinner at no cost. ❤

Christmas can be a difficult time if you have lost a loved one and so David, Vicky and the team at Maple Park are opening their doors and serving a delicious, proper Christmas dinner and pudding of course. There are 60 places available and we would love to see you. I shall be wearing my Christmas Apron and serving you and of course looking forward to a chat. If anyone wants to come and needs a lift from the local area, let us know.

What a privilege it is to be able to support families in the dales and North Yorkshire ✨

I am so fortunate to travel around this beautiful area from Leyburn and surrounding villages to Helmsley and the North Yorkshire moors... 🙌

And to work with outstanding funeral directors and their teams. Also the considerate and helpful teams at the crematoria and cemeteries ✨
