A takeaway home delivery service for the Lewes and Brighton area, that has a menu that changes every month and features cuisines from around the world, cooked with local expertise. Order in advance for delivery on Friday and Saturday evenings (between 6pm-8pm) to houses around Brighton, Lewes and the surrounding areas, ready for simple reheating - using an oven, on the stove or using a microwave.

This month will be the final Feature Kitchen takeaway for the foreseeable future. After five very agreeable years and 57 months of features - with cooks and cuisine from over 30 different regions, The Feature Kitchen will be taking an indefinite break from the end of April. The takeaway business has remained in fine health through these years thanks to all the support 🙏🏾. It started with an idea, £250, a mailing list of 30 and the phenomenal talents of Genet & Abeba 🇪🇹 . It has surpassed everything I expected. A close friend recently told me that after a few good chapters, books 📖 don't just go on and on, they come to an end. I felt that.

It has been terrific, thanks for all the orders and all the feedback, and a special thanks to all the cooks, the kitchen assistants, drivers 🚗, our host kitchen Lewes Community Kitchen/Chef, 📸ers and everyone else that has made this happen.

I'm hoping to continue working with Alex (beyond April's finale!) & all the guest chefs in some capacity in the future. And ja, there might an epilogue, a new edition, or a sequel but for now, 🙏🏾....

Oh, and by the way, where is your order for this month??? You don't wanna taste what Alex and I are cooking up these next three weekends? No?? Listen, we ain't gawyn just yet, final few pages mate!
