𝗪𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲. 🔥 Yesterday was the first time we put our new outdoor fire kitchen through its paces and we loved it!

We’ve had lots of you asking about BBQs, relaxed outdoor dining and more informal catering options for 2027, so we’ve been quietly working on some rather exciting options. As you can see the outdoor kitchen is starting to take shape and will be ready very soon.

And judging by what the team managed to cook up on its very first outing... we’re definitely onto something.

The team have been busy getting ready for our showcase Open Night. The canapés are almost done, the fizz is ready to be poured, the Barns are looking fabulous, Pratis House is looking its stylish self PLUS we have some very exciting surprises for those of you coming tonight… 🎁🌿🥂

The most stylish guest award goes to... Poppy! From making new friends to posing up a storm, she was clearly taking her role very seriously.

And with Victoria & Ryan’s beautiful spring celebration, the Barns looking rather fabulous and everyone having an absolute riot, she had plenty of opportunities to shine.

We’re giving Poppy 10/10 for wedding guest duties 🥂🐶

A summer social in The Shed 🥂🌿 We were delighted to welcome the Fife Chamber of Commerce to Pratis for their Summer Garden Party. Local businesses, great conversation and a lot of new connections.

The Shed was dressed for the occasion, the views were doing their thing and our kitchen team kept the canapés coming... which, judging by how quickly they disappeared, went down rather well 👀🍴

It was also a lovely reminder how the Barns can be shaped for something completely different.

Thank you to everyone at Fife Chamber for spending the evening with us!
