Wye Events We supply AV Equipment to Weddings, Parties, Festivals and Outdoor Events. Lighting, Sound, AV & Power

We offer a flexible service to cater for all event needs including dry hiring equipment to customers to collect and return, a delivery & collection service or we can set it up and operate throughout your event. Our equipment available includes theatre lighting, moving heads, up-lighting, PA systems, microphones, projectors & screens, video cameras, staging, dance-floors and trussing. In addition t

o our technical event equipment, we also stock a range of generators and power distribution to supply power to your whole event. This service is backed up by our fully qualified and experienced electricians who deliver, install and test the power output as well as offering a 24Hr call out service if anything goes wrong. Our network of local suppliers mean that if you are looking for anything we don't stock or supply then we are always happy to point you in the right direction and give a helping hand in planning your big day or large event.

How to turn the back on a van into a makeshift office! We had a very early start this morning at Wye Events. First we dropped off a generator supplied by the always reliable to Ebbw Vale Food and Drink Festival before heading to Gwatkins Vintage and County Fair where we have supplied WiFi. Now it’s a day of admin and being on standby for any troubleshooting! Charley is trying to sign Mark up for the tug of war event… she is yet to be successful! 😂

Phew! It’s a tad warm at the moment!! We had a fantastic time at Cowbridge Food and Drink Festival over the bank holiday weekend! Whilst working at events outside is amazing and a great experience - always remember to protect your skin and stay hydrated!!
