A wedding fayre can leave you with plenty of notes, leaflets, photos and names. Before they become another pile to sort later, take a few minutes within the next day to turn them into clear next steps.

1. Sort what you collected
Use three simple groups:
• Contact now - a good fit or a useful conversation to continue.
• Compare later - relevant, but you need more information.
• Not for us - helpful to rule out so you do not revisit the same decision.

2. Add one useful note
For each 'contact now' supplier, record what interested you, what you still need to ask and what information they may need from you.

3. Choose your next actions
Send any promised details, compare the options that matter, or research the next supplier category through the Bride Bible.

This is not a booking deadline or pressure to decide quickly. It is simply a short reset while the conversations are still fresh.
