Small plates inspired by mainland Europe:
- Locally reared chicken schnitzel
- Aubergine milanase with sundried tomato ragu
- Borek – coiled filo pastry pie filled with local greens and an onion cream sauce
- Belarus style potato pancake with winter stroganoff, pickled beetroot and sour cream
- Pierogi – polish dumplings with forest mushrooms and fried onions
- Plate of dill pickles, buttered new potatoes and feather cabbage slaw
- Steak frites with Peppercorn sauce

Dessert :
Apple strudel – served with heavy whipped cream

- Vegan - sweet chilli mushroom and burnt chilli aubergine served with piquo de gio, salsa verde , frijoles, vegan cheeze , shredded lettuce and limes

- Cuban style crispy beef
