I am thrilled to share that Abi will be giving Spinal Flow therapy throughout the day at the Leicester's Luxury Wellbeing Show on Sunday the 26th of April Doors open from 10am to 5pm.

"Hi, I'm Abi — a healer, coach and Spinal Flow Practitioner based in North Wales, and I am so excited to be joining you at this wonderful event!

Spinal Flow works gently with the nervous system and spine to release stress, tension and trauma that the body has been holding — often for years. Combined with energy healing and coaching, the work I offer is about helping people come back to themselves — to feel safer, calmer and more at home in their own bodies and lives."

As a warm-hearted teacher, mum, and musician, I bring a wealth of experience in working with people, connecting with them, and helping them discover their inner strength. I currently teach five classes a week, host monthly themed workshops, and run invigorating Kundalini Yoga retreats.

Join Milli for a yoga class designed to nurture, rest, rebalance and great for wellbeing. The session combines mindful movement, conscious breath, and deep relaxation, creating space to slow down and reconnect with your body. Suitable for all abilities, gentle variations allow you to move in a way that feels right as you stretch, strengthen, and reset. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and gently restored.

This year will be my 10th charity event, Leicester's Luxury Wellbeing Show on Sunday the 26th of April at the Marriott Hotel in Leicester 10am - 5pm and i am thrilled to share that I will be supporting local Leicester charity,

This is their aim and mission:
"Love4Life (Twenty Twenty) is run by a dedicated team of youth workers committed to making a difference in the lives of young people.

Our service was set up in 2007 in response to a growing concern for the well-being and safety of girls* from an estate in Loughborough. Since then, Love4Life (Twenty Twenty) has grown to work across multiple areas of deprivation across Leicestershire, Leicester and Derby: supporting hundreds of young people aged 11-18 years every year.

We specialise in supporting vulnerable girls to develop their self-esteem and form positive and empowering relationships by delivering Love4Life (Twenty Twenty) groups, one-to-ones and workshops in secondary schools and in the community."

We would be so grateful for your attendance and help us support this wonderful charity and raise as much as possible for them to extend their services to more girls in our communities.
