Lovely feedback from Tuesdays event

Good Morning,
I wanted to say thankyou for a wonderful visit yesterday. All the Young people were over the moon with the animals that they had the opportunity to see and touch. You clearly take great care to ensure the health and welfare of the animals you bring and that in itself is educational for our Young People. The variety of creatures was perfect and your encouragement and knowledge was amazing. I have recommended you to our other Alternative Provision in Nuneaton and we will definitely be booking more visits on an ongoing basis.

We had an unusual single meerkat born and over the last couple of days mother meerkat has been bringing the baby out into the sunshine and is starting to teach it how to be a meerkat :)

So, We passed our inspection again with no issues of advisories, We are not just inspected once every 3 years with a scheduled appointment we are also subjected to many unannounced visits throughout this period.

quick update, out of the 3 animals we were very concerned about, The Blue tongued skink is fighting fit, ! of the giant pythons is making a huge progress and the other giant python (24ft long and 22 stone in weight) is trying her best, Still not out the woods but equally no worse, We genuinely love the compassion a lot of people have shown, onwards and upwards, we know the vet bills will take a lot of time to pay but hopefully we will be ok later this year, Our equipment loss to date is 25 vivarium's and 17 heating elements ( ceramics, stats etc) , Maybe some more vivarium's the next few days will determine that, Very trying times here, Happy new year folks 😕 , please if you can spare anything please donate to our gofundme, even pennies make a difference.
