So, just back from the world's biggest - and best - Magician's Convention in the world where 3,000 magicians convene from around the world for 4 days of intensive learning at lectures + shows + magic dealers (also from around the world) selling innovative new magic as well as all the classics. A full-on experience from 9am until midnight (& often beyond) each day! Not in Vegas, not in New York... in Blackpool! David Blaine visited. Dynamo visited. Also from the UK Stephen Mulherne (pictured) & Paul Zenon. All types of magic from sleight-of-hand 'close up' miracles to big stage illusions. Hugely enjoyable, hugely beneficial....& exhausting!! (in a good way! 😀)

Haven't posted in a while yet I had my busiest year ever performing magic in 2025 & busiest Christmas party magic ever too. Whole host of weddings booked, loads of adult birthdays, and several other odds and sods too! Also delivered many talks on 'magic' to U3A groups - professionally prepared, researched, and delivered with Power Point slides (I'm an ex-lecturer). Loads of business clients - large and small. Biggest was Morrisons at 2 of their manufacturing plants (last Christmas' biggest was Next PlC).
(To throw in for good measure I've also been performing a lot of poetry and Spoken Word events!)

Anyone interested in booking outstanding sleight of hand magic and/or mind-reading for birthday, wedding/wedding anniversary/or their business do get in touch! Hey everyone, just a reminder of my informal, magic show in the small bar at Bar Dos Hermanos (Queens Road LE2 1TU) this Thursday. Seats are limited to just 12 (14 max at a push). So do please EMAIL me to say you're coming & I'll reserve a seat for you. The show itself is just half an hour long, it's very intimate - almost like close up magic but with bigger props & to a slightly bigger audience. Choose between the 7pm or 8pm show. I have lots of private parties coming up this month, 3 corporate bookings, a speaking engagement for a U3A group and I have a stand at a wedding fair at the Rothley Hotel (24th March) where the aim is to show brides a sample of my magic with a view to being booked for their big day. Looking forward to them all!
I have one 'public' performance of magic if you're interested at 'SomeAtics' LCB Depot Rutland St next Friday 15th March. This is a brilliant 'spoken word' event - I entertain with close-up magic before the start (from about 7.15pm) and during the interval. Make sure you wave me over to your table. I can do sleight of hand for you and... read your mind!
