Important Fresh Festival 2026 Info โ PLEASE READ...
โบ If you have purchased a Fresh Festival Wristband, you must exchange your e-ticket for your Wristband. You need to do this at O2 Academy Leicester Box Office for your Fresh Festival 2026 Wristband and your Freshers Bar Crawl T-Shirt. Collection is TODAY (Sunday) from O2 Academy Box Office (this is located on the side of the Studentsโ Union Building). This is the main collection slot and is open until 3pm, so please collect during this time if at all possible. You must do this in person, as we have to put the wristband on your wrist when you collect. Please make sure you have your e-ticket with the QR code on it to be scanned.
โบ Final few Fresh Festival Wristbands available from the Rockstar Promotions app or website.
โบ Individual Tickets for certain Fresh Festival events, including The Freshersโ Move In Party, are on sale from the Rockstar Promotions app or website.
โบ Individual Freshersโ Bar Crawl Lanyards are NOW available from the Rockstar Promotions app or website. They are ยฃ10, and are also available from The Rockstar Promotions stall in the Students Union (located in the entrance to Campus Kitchen in the SU) on Monday 21st & Tues 22nd Sept. These will sell out so if you want to guarantee your place on this legendary event get your t-shirt early! If you have purchased a wristband your t-shirt is included and you collect with your wristband.
โบ All Fresh Festival events are 18+ events and you will need to show valid proof of age ID (passport, EU driving license or approved pass card) to gain entry to the events so please ensure you have it with you!
๐ Also we provide free bus transport from Oadby Student Village for wristband holders to several of our freshers events (as well as from City Halls for some events that are in the city centre). So for example tonight there will be free bus transport from Oadby Student Village to the O2 Academy for the Freshers Move In Party. These buses will start at 10.45pm.
