Our new team tradition 🫶

Last year, we started team fun days, a dedicated day of food, drinks and fun for each Premier team. They went down so well (and with the team growing, they've proved genuinely valuable) that we've brought them back for 2026.

Our events and Premier Connects team enjoyed a day-and-night in Birmingham. First stop: The Quarter Workshop for jewellery making and prosecco.

Then it was over to the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, where Debbie Acott and Vasileios Sarafoglou looked after us brilliantly. Three courses, an overnight stay, and a huge thank you to the Hilton for making it happen.

Three days. 100 sessions. Over 2,000 delegates. And on-the-day ticket upgrades, that was CPS26.

Virtual events are a true team effort, and it was great to sit down with Nisha and Al to learn more about their roles in bringing this event to life.

The team built a bespoke platform for Chronic Pain Symposium, handling everything from registration through to live delivery, and enabling delegates to upgrade their tickets mid-event. kept the AV running smoothly across three days of live lectures and multi-track sessions. And made sure the content itself was organised, each session ran to time, and all the techs were on cue.

The result: 28 hours of accredited CPD content reaching delegates in over 100 countries, thousands of platform logins, and a symposium that felt every bit as substantial online as it would in person.

RGM Fest has been shortlisted for Internal Event of the Year at the C&IT Awards.

We've been building this event with KFC UK & Ireland since 2016. It started small as a conference, some awards, and a room full of Restaurant General Managers. A decade on, and it's grown into something incredible.

It's the kind of event you don't forget once you've been part of it, and seeing it recognised like this means a lot.

Fingers crossed for the awards, and good luck to all the other nominees.

Half-year company meeting completed it 💪

Each July, we host our half-year company meeting. It always comes after a month of madness, aka our busiest month of the year, June.

We run two meetings a year: one in January that runs a full day, and this mini one to keep everyone in the loop.

We tell our clients how important internal comms is and to keep their teams updated, so of course we've got to take our own advice.

We got to hear about Ben's exciting updates and the new platforms he's built with Claude. If you want to learn more, check out his new segment with Conference News where he'll be talking all things AI and Premier.

Looking back on the genuinely epic work the team has delivered, it's easy, when you're in it, not to quite realise how much has been going on.
