Cyrlene B - Voice, Vibration & Vitality

Cyrlene B - Voice, Vibration & Vitality Speaker on Sexual Abuse, Sound Bath Practitioner and Author I also facilitate sound baths, creating spaces for healing, reflection, and reconnection.

I am a speaker and author sharing my own experience of sexual trauma with the hope of encouraging and inspiring others to speak about theirs. I love working with people and creating environments that support connection, awareness, and wellbeing through sound, conversation, and shared experience. I don’t know exactly where this journey is leading, but I feel deeply excited and grounded, trusting that my Creator has me exactly where I need to be.

Nothing to see here... πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ He looked, judged me, then went straight back to eating grass.

A moment of curiosity... then back to calm. Nature knows.

Grandma's House Poetry/song/Reggae

Grandma's House is a spoken word reggae track inspired by family, memories and the special place that once brought us all together.

When the house was sold, it felt like more than bricks and mortar. It was the end of an era, a place filled with laughter, stories, love and togetherness.

This song is a tribute to my grandmother and to all those family homes that live on in our hearts long after they're gone.

I hope it resonates with you.
